Low Density Manufacturing

Resin Transfer Molding (RTM
Aeroloc offers advanced Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) services for producing high-strength, lightweight composite components with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy. In this process, dry fiber reinforcements are placed into a closed mold, and resin is injected under controlled pressure to fully impregnate the fibers. The mold is then cured under precise temperature and pressure conditions to ensure uniform resin distribution, high fiber volume fraction, and minimal void content.
